I love to bake. I sure wish I could make money doing it... You can. This class gives the basics of starting your own baking business, whether is be a CSB (Community Supported Baker), a Bakery or even a Farmer's Market Stall. We offer a number of different options to help you be successful, as you start with nothing more than a dutch oven and flour and build your business at your own pace. Having started a successful CSB that increased to over 90 subscriptions and starting 2 bakery/cafes, we will discuss all the different aspects of business ownership. From pricing, scaling, using freshly milled grains- to getting our hands in the dough to make muffins, scones, artisan sourdough and many other offerings, you will learn the basics of baking or take them to a new level. At the end of class you will receive a binder with a wide variety of original recipes.
