Deliziosa!!! Ravioli, tortellini, fettuccini - Oh my... In this hands on class we learn to make pasta. Let's talk about flour and eggs - from there we can go to a delicious plate of pasta. We will explore several different methods of making pasta, from hand rolling, to machine rolling to using a mixer to knead the dough. We will learn to shape tortellini and ravioli, as well as savor different sauces including pesto, garlic sauce and an easy traditional red sauce. Come hungry because there will be lots to sample!
