Deliziosa!!! Cavatelli, tortellini, fettuccini - Oh my... In this hands on class we learn to make pasta. Let's talk about flour, salt and water - from there we can go to a delicious plate of pasta. We will explore several different methods of making pasta, from hand rolling, to machine rolling to using a Cavatelli maker. We will discuss different fillings for tortellini and ravioli, as well as savor different sauces including alfredo, pesto, and an easy traditional red sauce. Come hungry because there will be lots to sample!
