In this class, we will create the Iconic Kentucky Millstone Carrot Cake from start to finish. We start with making the cake, chock full of nuts, carrots, pineapple and coconut. While it is baking, we will whip up a batch of icing and the candied nuts. We will then have a demo on making the caramel for the cake. We’ll talk about shortcuts and substitutions. We will them assemble the cake with all it’s glorious layer! You will take home their own person carrot cake (feeds 6), along with the knowledge to create this cake for a lifetime! Class is 2:30-5:30
