Learn to make a beginner’s laminated dough. It’s not as difficult as it sounds! We will start with dough that has been pre-made and rested, so that you can learn to roll it out. In between folds, we will learn to make the cream cheese danish filling and danish icing. We’ll roll out some dough that has rested to bake danishes and learn about egg wash, baking and sweet and savory toppings. We will also make a dough in class and you will take it home, refrigerate it overnight and roll it out the next day to make more danish at home. Danish is stored unbaked in the freezer, so you will have danish at the ready for any time you want to indulge! Class is from 3-5

You will go home with the dough that you rolled out (16 danishes), the dough you made in class and will roll out tomorrow (16 danishes), 4 danish that we bake in class. Value of the danishes - $108, skills - priceless.
