In our Introduction to Pasta, we learned all the basics, using a machine to roll the dough. In this new class, we are making the pasta dough by hand, but also learning to shape the dough by hand, so no need to purchase additional equipment (although- you know us - we’ll introduce you to some fun new tools you know you’ll need for your kitchen!)

We start by making the dough. While the dough rests, we will learn to make a delicious Vodka Sauce, as well as two other sauces. We will then shape all the pasta by hand into new and interesting shapes. Then, rest, after all your hard work and let Tom and I cook it all up for you to enjoy for dinner! This class is from 3-7. Wine and beer available for purchase.

Cancellations/Refunds— If you cancel for any reason more than 2 weeks notice, you may choose a different date. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to class, there is no refund (you may choose to send someone else). In the event inclement weather or the need for The Kentucky Millstone to cancel a class, we will either grant a full refund or defer payment to another class.

Kids aged 12+ are welcome to join an adult in a regularly scheduled class, but they must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is also attending and participating in class. Each person attending must have their own ticket. If you have a child under 12 who would like to come to class, send us an email and we can discuss!
