In our Introduction to Pasta, we learned all the basics, using a machine to roll the dough. In this new class, we are making the pasta dough by hand, but also learning to shape the dough by hand, so no need to purchase additional equipment (although- you know us - we’ll introduce you to some fun new tools you know you’ll need for your kitchen!)
We start by making the dough. While the dough rests, we will learn to make a delicious Vodka Sauce, as well as two other sauces. We will then shape all the pasta by hand into new and interesting shapes. Then, rest, after all your hard work and let Tom and I cook it all up for you to enjoy for dinner! This class is from 3-7.
